Debbie Jackson Memorial Scholarship Foundation Awards Scholarships to Local Students (August 2008)In September 2007 the Board of Directors voted to add a third scholarship and increase the amount of the scholarships to $3,000.   These scholarships are made possible through generous contributions and sponsorships of the Annual Golf Tournament.  At the 6th Annual Golf Tournament the Foundation presented the three scholarships to Kylie Osterloh (Douglas County High School), Jessica Packard (Douglas County High School),and Kayla Thompson (Chaparral High School).

8th Annual Golf Tournament

This will be our 8th annual tournament and we continue to support scholarships to Douglas County High School Seniors.  Our tournament will be moving to Bear Dance Golf Course on Monday, July 26th with an 8:00am shotgun start.  We hope to attract golfers from across the state as well as businesses.  You are welcome to participate in this golf tournament regardless of your golfing ability or experience.  Playing is not the only way to participate in this exciting tournament.  We offer a variety of opportunities for sponsorship.

Mary Snow, Suzanne Warren, & Cory Weinstein were each awarded a $3,000 scholarship from the Debbie Jackson Memorial Scholarship Foundation.  Mary graduated from Castle View High School, Suzanne graduated from Poderosa High School and Cory graduated from Highlands Ranch High School.
